Utah City - Vineyard, UT

Utah City is a 700-acre downtown development in Vineyard, Utah, located along the eastern shore of Utah Lake. Created through a partnership between The Flagship Companies and Woodbury Corporation, it is designed as a vibrant, sustainable, and walkable mixed-use city.

As a New Urbanist community, Utah City’s planning, programming, and public realm design are also shaped by highlighting social infrastructure and connectivity. Recreation and fostering resident social connections are central to the development’s philosophy.

Space Craft was brought in to plan and design the Utah City Racquet Club. Designed for the next generation of players, the Utah City Racquet Club connects beginners, social players, and competitive athletes through high-energy experiences. It includes social spaces with (2) tennis courts, (6) pickleball courts, and (4) padel courts — making Utah City one of the very first to bring the rapidly growing, global sport to this part of the country!

Space Craft worked quickly to plan and design the complex per owner direction, for its opening in spring 2026.
