Tech Ridge - St. George, UT
Located on the former St. George Airport site overlooking downtown St. George, the 180-acre Tech Ridge site redefines the modern urban center. This smart, mixed-use development draws innovative tech companies and amplifies their ability to attract and retain top talent. The mix of workspaces, shops, and eateries promote a dynamic social lifestyle, including 60 acres of easily accessible trails, parks, and open space, all surrounded by the striking red cliffs of Southern Utah.
Space Craft has been working with the development team to refine the public realm outlined in the original Master Plan as parts of the project move into implementation. Included are Community Parks, dramatic Overlooks, Streetscapes and Urban Centers.
Tech Ridge is distinctive for its connection to the site’s geology—a mesa in the sky—its cultural and historical references, such as Runway Park, and its forward-looking, tech-inspired site design imagery.
