The 70,000-square-foot central lawn is open to the public, bringing to Central Perimeter what Dunwoody officials describe as a “signature community gathering space for celebrations, outdoor dining, and music.” An open-container permit has been granted by the city.
Site solutions worked with the design team to eliminate what were once roadways with head-in parking to create pedestrian and guest gathering spaces and then collaborated with tenant architects to create new program, activity, dining, garden and pond spaces. Focusing on community, Ashford Lane has quickly become one of Dunwoody’s favorite new spots to eat, relax, and connect.
